Choose FreeWill when
- Cost is the deciding factor and $0 is the right number.
- You are comfortable with a charity-supported tool whose questionnaire includes a giving prompt.
- Your state is one we do not cover yet.
FreeWill is genuinely free, with no card required. Your first Legacy Legal AI document is free as well while the offer runs, so price alone no longer settles it. This page is about what comes with each will and what comes after it: what a charity-funded will includes, what a state-specific one adds, and how to tell which you are.

The form's price has nothing to do with it. What matters is that the will is signed the way your state requires and that its contents fit the person's circumstances under current law; no service, free or paid, can guarantee that for a particular situation. Whichever service you use, follow your state's witness and notary rules exactly.
For the things around the document: state-specific signing instructions, a preview before you commit, the ability to revise and re-download, a guarantee, and — in Florida — an attorney who can review what you produced. If none of those matter to you, free is a fine answer.
